Mission Statement

Vision

CharityWishList.ca seeks to be a quick and easily accessible central source of information for potential donors who may have non-monetary items to donate,  who seek information regarding which registered Canadian charities may be interested in their potential donation, and who seek contact information.

CharityWishList.ca seeks to encourage the support of Canadian registered charities by Canadians, to inform, to explore, to contribute creatively to the Canadian community. To provide this valuable resource in Ottawa and throughout Canada. To excel in all ways that this website project can excel to promote the non-monetary donation needs of registered Canadian charitable organizations, and reduce the strain on landfills.

Purpose

To be an indispensable source of trusted relevant information for our Canadian community, thereby helping potential donors of items large, medium and small, connect with charities which in turn will help others meet the challenges in their lives and that of the community.

To bring attention to the non-monetary based needs that require attention in the communities we serve.

To build and sustain interest in this website.

Add a donation To/From tag so I  can track the success of this site … you can fill-out by typing and printing the form linked to the maple leaf below and place with your non-monetary donation. The maple leaf can be accessed from each donation category's main page.

NOTE:

• The CharityWishList.ca project is not a Charity, and does not accept donations on behalf of charities. Potential donors please make contact with the charity directly to arrange pick-up or drop off of the item(s). Contact info@charitywishlist.ca if you have trouble locating a charity to donate your item(s) to, as I might be able to locate a charity for you and then add the contact info to this website for others to access.
